12 Weeks Training Program Split Into:
4 Week Training Plans starting with Fighting Fit Foundation Phase
Fighting Fit is a Functional Fitness programme, aiming to get you to be ‘The Best Version of You’ building your all over Fitness, Strength, Power & Endurance,
The Fighting Fit Foundation phase program is the initial phase of training in which we lay down the groundwork for the more specific training you perform later in your Combat Fitness training.
Each 4 Fighting Fit Week Foundation Phase will focus on building your
- Power
- Speed
- Agility
Whilst improving your
- Strength
- Stamina and Conditioning
- Stability & Joint Integrity
- Flexibility & Range of Motion
- Co- Ordination & Balance
How it works
12 Weeks Training Program
Firstly we book a 30 min Consultation session that can be done in person, via telephone or Video call, where we wil and discuss your training wants and needs.Check over medical health and complete the Personality test, this a True or False questionnaire.
Through your training, there will be different assessments/tests to complete. This is to ensure you are progressing towards your goal, and it will show us any areas that may need special attention too.
Some Examples of Assessments / Tests
- Personality Test, this is a True or False assessment that can be completed at home, this will help me (your coach) to understand who you are and how you will respond to different coaching techniques and find out what your Dominant nature is.
- Movement Assessments to ensure you are able to perform training safely and correctly and to identify if there are any imbalances in your joints, which we can then correct as early as possible to prevent any injury that may occur further down the line if they are not addressed.
- VT2 Max test to help improve your Oxygen intake when training to improve your Endurance
Also as we progress with your training will also be doing tests and assessments such
- Explosive Strength
- Strength Speed
- Maximum Strength
All these assessments are sports specific for your training goal, so we can identify any imbalances or identify any weak spots which need more specific coaching.
All Fighting Fit members will also have access to an App to track their progress and will have additional workouts that they can complete in between there sessions with me Jennie, to help keep them motivated and progressing.
