Introducing Yoga & Combat Fitness Workshop with Myself, Combat Fitness with Jennie and Sarah Mangan Yoga

Join us on Sunday 22nd January at 11am – 2pm Hurlston Hall, Ormskirk, L40 8HB for a fun yet Functional Yoga & Combat Fitness Workshop.

Sarah and Jennie have teamed up to give you the ultimate in Yoga & Combat Fitness.

The workshop will start with Sarah taking you through a full body range of movement sequence to warm up your mind, muscles & joints ready for your workout.

The Yoga exercise’s will be sport specific for your Combat Fitness workout, to ensure you get the best from your session.

Then, you will start your Combat Fitness Circuit, this workout is devised for everyone, from beginners to experienced, it’s suitable for all ages and abilities. All workout stations will have adaptations enabling you to personalise the workout to your own level of fitness.

The Circuit training will focus on using aspects of Boxing & Kick Boxing, focusing on building your Strength, Power, and Endurance.

The workshop will then come to a close with Sarah taking you through a Full Yoga Stretch & Cool Down session giving your mind and muscles the opportunity to relax and recover. Sarah will also guide you through breathing techniques to encourage relaxation & restoration.

The workshop will then be topped off by a light lunch and refreshments in the Scullery at Hurlston Hall.

Places are limited so a £5 deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your slot.
